「Take the bus that goes to Matsuiyamate-eki」は、「松井山手駅行きのバスに乗る」という意味です。
"Get off at the Ikkyuji-michi stop."
"Take the Kintetsu Kyoto line from Shintanabe Station."
"Take the train going to Kyoto. You need to change at ~~~."
A:“Excuse me, could you tell me how I can get to Sanjo Station, please?"
B:“You can go there from Shintanabe Station. Take the train going to Kyoto and change at Kintetsu Tambabashi.”
A:“Which train should I change to?”
B:“At Kintetsu Tambabashi, take the train going to Demachiyanagi and get off at Sanjo Station. It's on the Keihan Line.”
A:“Take the train going to......?”
B:“The train going to Demachiyanagi.”
A:“OK, so first I take the train to Kyoto and change at Tambabashi. Then take the train to Demachiyanagi.”
B:“Yes, that's right.”
A:“Thank you very much! You've helped me a lot.”
