　同志社大学と同志社女子大学の教授などが多彩なテーマで講義する市民向け公開講座です。大学生気分を味わいながら勉強できることから、毎年多くの市民が受講し、生涯学習の場として定着しています。京たなべ・同志社ヒューマンカレッジ京田辺市の顔ともいえる同志社大学・同志社女子大学。関西文化学術研究都市の田辺地区に立地し、大学の研究施設に加えさまざまな体育施設もあります。地域貢献への取り組みも盛んで、公開講座をはじめ、文化芸術、経営プログラム、スポーツなど市民との多彩な交流を展開。大学と地域がさまざまなシーンで結びついています。Doshisha University and Doshisha Women’s College of Liberal Arts can both be called representatives of Kyotanabe City. Located in the Tanabe area in Kansai Science City, they are equipped with sports facilities, in addition to the research facilities, of the universities. These schools actively participate in the life of the community. They encourage interactions with the citizens by organizing public lectures, culture and art projects, management program, and sports activities.
